Sleep Tight - I won't let the bed bugs bite

I know one day my daughter will be upset with me for posting this picture but as time goes by she will one day forgive me. I talked her into letting me roll her hair in the famous pink sponge curlers; she wasn't too sure about my request. Before bed, I read to her a bedtime story and still could tell, she wasn't "digging" the curlers. I assured her that in the morning it would be worth it.


Before I went to bed, I checked in on her and found Pierre sound asleep in her bed with her. I prayed I could get my camera, hurry back to take a picture all at the same time of not disturbing Sleep Beauty and the Beast.



It's said that pictures are worth 1000 words and I feel this holds true to this picture.

Our baby chicks are starting to spread their little wings and freak themselves out by flying short distances. These distances are usually at the top of the box they're in, to find themselves over-looking a new world...our kitchen! We decided to take our little ones to their first playtime in the grass.
